Any USB 4.0 experts?

I'm trying to figure out which phone has the best USB 4.0 functionality. Where I live there's no fiber internet so it's just phone tethering with an app to hide data.

But it sucks when you have multiple things open like discord or a game. So looking to figure out if multiple data streams in a new framework of a phone tether is available lol

I don't know about phones but Ipad Pro 2021 has a thunderbolt on it so it is supposed to be able to tether using its 40gbps port.
