Yes, when i appealed to youtube because of the copyright ban, youtube deleted my channel, youtube told me to cheat in the appeal form, while i was able to provide the video i record the phone screen like in the removed video, I can show the facebook account I recorded in the video, and most importantly, my voice. I can't believe that a big engine like youtube can work like that.

Looks like someone is trying to save his ass by reporting your videos, you cannot stop DMCA notices when you have a small unverified channel. I really appreciate the effort you're putting in to take a stand against such scammers, if YouTube found the DMCA application fraudulent they will take action on their part by revoking access to YouTube or even Gmail.
I would suggest you the following -
1- No one is stopping you to criticise other websites, forex trading. Give your review instead of blaming them, if they're a registered company they can take down your videos, social media under the act of defaming the organization.
2- If you're a broker it is always a good idea to get yourself/company registered with your resident country law. This way you can easily tackle such DMCA notices and sue the perpetrators.

yes if you are 100% sure you own all the copyrights including every single thing then you can counterstrike to further investigate this case from youtube

Hi all! I'm using youtube and I received 2 copyrighted strikes. If I got 3 copyrighted strikes according to youtube "along with any associated channels, is subject to termination". Does it affect my gmail account and other youtube channel (using my other gmail account? I'm into Tagalog movies creative commons. Thanks!

I already deleted the video sir sorry but what I'm doing of all the videos when there is a no audio part I change it through youtube free music audio library.
