Question about semrush and toxic backlinks

Hello. Do you reject the toxic backlinks that Semrush said?

I do sometimes. You need to manually inspect them. Look at the info list on why it flagged them as potential spam. Visit the websites manually and see if you recognize the site. Sometimes people just have trash websites but they aren't spam. But fairly often they will be disavow-worthy. Again, case by case basis. Manual review is your friend.

In fact, the backlinks I get are manually created comments, profiles or blog-style sites. 2 days ago I rejected these links. I'm down ranking today. I don't feel comfortable if I refuse. I don't know what will happen with the next update.
