Backlinks + SEO Services for non English EU Site?

I was browsing through the marketplace and with SEO Package offers, I doubt if they would be affecting the rank of a non-English EU site.
My site is German.

Can anyone recommend a service or possibility to get a start of SEO issues fix plus backlinks.

I have a German website and am looking for the same as well. I recall seeing some decent guides in German but very few packages. German marketers themselves are less willing to share techniques and resources due to the culture I think, but you might have luck asking on some German marketing Facebook groups / forums.

So far I have been building my own PBNs. It would be great to hear about some packages, though.

I am damn sure there are services in the marketplace section that offer link building services for other languages, you just need to dig deeper.

Recommended to have same language surrounding content while building links for better results but nothing hurt even if we use english content with foreign anchors. Always testing is more important

@regensteiner @bishofz - one thing do remember, if you want to rank in Germany, you better have most of your backlinks from IPs inside Germany. If your competitor has more percentage of their backlinks from German IPs, then he will have an easier time ranking.
