Making instagram accounts

Sorry if this is elementary knowledge im new to this whole thing

So my ip/device has been blocked on ig
What do i do when my device and ip is blocked from making new accounts?
I know that i should use proxies but do i also need to change some info about my device or browser? Should i clear my cookies?
What should i use for posting content with my accounts to avoid getting banned pc/android emu/mobile ?

if IG blocked you device so that this device never can sign up the account
so try to change device.

Wait for a few days/weeks and you will be able to use it again.

A lot of things matter other than your IP while Account Creation.

There's nothing better than a Mobile with 4g Internet doing it Manually, Or you might even consider to use Posting Apps authorised by IG like FB Creator Studio,Later,Buffer,Hootsuite etc.

Change your device ID, if you are on mobile connection then it should be rotating anyway

You will likely no longer be able to use that device unless you can change the Device ID. The ip changes every time you log out so the problem doesn't come from your IP.

How do you change your device ID if you have an iPhone?

Is mobile with 4g proxy is better than residential proxy?

Try changing the MAC address

get a 4g proxy, clear your cache - then re sign up remember to
get an ip address close to you

Just use another ID/IP to not catch you and don't flag them

Clear cache, cookies. Maybe uninstall/install the browser too. Then use new, fresh mobile IPs and create a new account. Hopefully, it'll work.
