I have purchased a SPAIN proxy plan from OP.
Here is my review.
All the proxies from the list are OK and responding.
Latency is 500...3000 ms.
For scraping it works excellent.
But some IPs are detected as USA or Netherlands, not Spain.
50% of IPs are banned by Google.

OP communicates a professional way and very friendly.
