Maybe ebay is requiring you to confirm your personal information that's why they pause you for a while

i solved that problem by deleting my account and creating another account. thanks.

(for the future: if you don't have anything on your ebay store just delete that account and get a new account and the problem will be solved)

this has become a common problem.

Solution: if you don't have anything on your account just delete that account and create another one and the problem will be solved. This is the best solution trust me!

Only use a different email, you can use the same informations. you can use same phone number and same name and surname. It's the fastest solution. If you contact support to solve this problem it will take maybe a week to solve this problem but if you create another account the problem will be solved in 5 minutes.

My account got closed after I tried to list a product, I didn't contact the support after the suspension. I listened to your advice and tried to close the ebay account, however, until now it wasn't closed and it's been like 7 days already, I think it might take up to 30 days or even more. Should I wait before creating the 2nd account?

yeah i listed a few products in november but my account didn't get suspend. idk why they did that

It could be because you are using proxies or vpn to log in into ebay.
