A more easier approach is using RANK Math to easily markup your product.

It seems that link your SERP showed was for a page that has thousands of products. There are 6,367 results on a single page showing when I go there at least.
When I tried looking for the schema for that page, it seemed like it's a dynamic setup?? I'm not particularly great with schema myself though, so someone else might have to correct me there.
In any case, could it possible that Google has just taken a variety of images (similar to a general image result carousel)?
I found one that looks like it might've attempted to force a similar thing, but it didn't work properly for them at least.
I also didn't see the same result as you for Asos (or competitors) on my SERP on any of my attempts to get something similar.
If it is a new thing being trialled, it may only be available in selected regions at least for now.
