Hi guys .. i wanna ask you if there is some platform like ebay to sell digital goods on it ?

depends on what you are selling, what your customers are.
f.e. a ton of people sell canva template on etsy of all things - similar offers allow your offer to be seen. clickbank and co are used for selling digital products and their tools help with upsell, affiliate management etc. research your topic and have a look around where others are selling.
marketplace like amazon, clickbank, etsy etc might have competitors - but they also get traffic / do additional things to make your life easier.

I think shopify is best. I've seen people on Instagram marketing with random success posts selling some courses.

Teepublic is good, alongside amazon merch, those are the 2 biggest SEO-inspired websites to find that type of traffic. THe other merch sites don't do as well in natural traffic, but still worth it once you've put your stock on the big 2, + obviously your own store.

is only for merch ?

I like Gumroad. Once you get your products listed on Discover, it is truly a market as much as a selling platform. And you can build a list of customers, email them as much as you like using the Gumroad mailing function. You can do giveaways as well with the pay what you like option. Def worth looking at.

for digital check https://swapd.co/tag/sold
they are trusted and you will not get scammed. byt they do identity verification if nothing has changed

If you sell digital products, you run the risk of DMCA issues, and payment will be a big deal to deal with, traffic issues shouldn't be a concern, stripe This is a temporary solution, not a permanent solution.

you can try Shopify it's almost same as Ebay but like what they say you have to drive more traffic first..
