the night i was taken into hospital - they rushed me straight into surgery
then proceeded to thread a wire all the way down my arm inside my veins
across my chest to both my heart valves to fit 3 STENTS to re open my blocked
2 heart valves, hence my black arm from the procedure
they told me IF the stents failed to keep the 2 heart valves open it would be open
heart surgery which i really didnt want, luckily, the stents worked so far, 1 year later.
i just think over all i got off lightly it could have been worse.
May 2020 - covid scaring on my back
Nov 2020 heart attack and heart operation + a 5 day stay in
hospital in a private room and avoided catching covid again being in hospital.
quit smoking that same night Nov 23rd 2020 and so did my wife. we threw away
any cigarettes left in the house. changed my diet and do 4-5 miles a day .
Yes what happened was my fault and i paid for it, all i can do, is do better.
and im trying to do better everyday.

the black scaring down my arm is fading 50%, its taking a while
as im on blood thinners so i bruise easily . my back covid tissue
scaring is 70% faded. there both fading slowly. ide in the next year
they should hopefully both be gone

Yep, me mum had that same thing, the first time, since then she had another 3 attacks the bloody moron cause she wouldn't stop working, as ordered by the doctors.... Now she's on very thin ice... Keeps smoking a pack a day, eats loads of stuff that she couldn't, and just don't care nomore, cause she's basically saying, "I'm 70, I'm alone, I've done me life, if I die I die" .... Kinda see her point tho

the important thing is to great full to get the chance to fix your mistakes
and do it as a mean to pay back the surgeon who save your life by not
making the same mistakes twice
