Instagram Error - Can anyone help?

Hey guys, I keep on getting this error on my Instagram:

Confirm your info on the app​

Confirm your information using the Instagram app to try to get back to your account.


I've tried with the app, but as soon as I try to log in, the screen goes white. I've also tried on my wife's same and it's the same.

What can I do?

Just to confirm, I've also uninstalled the app and re-installed 3 days later. Still white.

I’m not a instagram expert But try login from a desktop browser maybe those who sell insta services can answer but that’s the only advice I can give

Might work or OP can use a VPN or a proxy.

Sorry, to confirm. I tried logging in from the browser, it gave the above error to go into the app.

But when I try log in with the app, it just gives a white screen.

Have you tried both on an Android and an Iphone? Also have you tried logging in with another IP?

And why did you get the confirmation? You logged in after a lot of days or it was a suspicious login?

It worked on an iphone! Tried the IP address thing first, didn't work. But I used someone's iphone and it works.

No idea by the way.

That's weird. I wonder what's different about signing in from an apple device.
Did you sign in using a different SIM?

It might be more of an authority for an Iphone lol
