I use rankerx for tier 1 2.0 web and gsa see for tier2

1. How many content in one campaign
2. How many proxies I need
3. how frequency do I have to run on one campign
4. could I use content genator for tier1 content if can which content generator is best
5. Which is best content spinner include spyntax can anyone recommended me

You can use GSA Content Generator to create hundreds of articles
No need for proxies if you're not creating a ton of accounts on 1 domain. Else you can use rotating proxies or create a few account per private IP address
I usually only link once per domain for my campaign
I recommend buying expired articles at least for tier 1

I think 500 words for tier 1 article is good but I'm not pro
