I'm creating hotel booking webpage,

What guys you suggest, which gateway should I use, I can't provide tracking, also there will be transactions like 8k, 10k and sometimes even more,

So what's best out there, how long will they hold my money and what withdraw options I would have?

I read this like you want to provide saas for hotels. like xyz mentioned, guests will be much more comfortable if their country's network is processing the payment and not some fintech partner.

if you targeting mass people go for stripe or other that accept cards;
else go for crypto if your client base are from western region
