OVH not delivering domain after payment?

Hi
Has anybody used OVH before?
I found an offer with them, so bought a domain, payed for the domain. They said payment had been validated and would email when order was confirmed.
It has been days and order is stuck at pending.
Have contacted support but no reply.
Are they legit? Thanks

Always use trusted domain provider. Like namcheap, godaddy.
Check if the domain is still available or not

Usually do but this was for a tld which wasn't available on namecheap, and godaddy was expensive.
I hadn't used OVH before but they have been around for 20 years so though they would be trusted.
Communications from them has been terrible.

Domain name is still available...

Hi, based on my experiences with them, OVH is a serious company based in France since long time.
I just bought some domains this week and delivered within 15minutes.
Once the payment is done, an OVH mail is sent automatically to you and after 5min a second mail that includes a link to your invoice.

U should probably just contact their support, ovh is a huge hosting company

I'm sorry to hear what you have gone through.
OVH is a serious company with many clients, so unless there is a HUGE issue with the domain you ordered (You said the tld wasn't available at namecheap and real expensive on godaddy so I guess it's "special") there is no reason for them to ignore you or not to provide the domain you ordered.
Best offer I can make is contact their support which you already did, so sit tight and wait for them to resolve this.

Just one question - I know you said you paid, but did they charge your credit card yet?

Did they charge your payment?
Is your domain of a different country you live in? (only residents can register local TLD)
If it's still available somewhere else, you're still interested and you comply with the above, register it somewhere else.

I ordered .com and .io yesterday in OVH.
.com delivered instantly
.io ... still waiting
So it looks like they have some issues.
