Are user agent the same?

so is my username will be the same like any other machine using the latest chrome version on the same machine? (computer)

Dont know if other browsers can do this but some automated softwares that use Chromium can change the user agent.
Like traffic bot for example needs randomized user agents on every IP coz it would look very obvious using just one
