Youtube ads to gain subscribers

Has anyone used Youtube ads to gain new active subscribers? How much is the usual price for 1k views? Do you use SMM panels for that or Adwords?

If views are generated through particularly Google Ads and targeted to the correct audience AND the video is good with nice content then it often results in some engagements (likes, comments, subscribers). Average cost of views in Google Ads per 1000 views is US$ 0.01 to US$ 0.02. As far as views (YouTube) best quality is that from Google Ads. Views from other sources would not usually result in engagements. If you are buying from a panel then make sure it mentions very clearly it"s from Google Ads (AdWords). Views generated through Google Ads will show traffic source as "YouTube advertising", in the YouTube analytics.

Try discovery ads. Only issue is that your video must first be approved by Google for advertising

It is difficult to get subscribers with Google Ads.but if you have good video, if you target users accurately, and you use discovery you can get some result. It is expensive though, if you want to just get subscribers buying subscribers is easier.

If you don't have experience with ads, it's difficult to gain subscribers. You need a very good video and highly targeted ads to get engagement. You need to optimize your ads to get more subs.

I don't know about SMM panels. But with Google Adwords campaigns you can advertise your content and gain some subs. The number of subs you will get from each such campaign will purely depend on quality of your content.

If you are content is good enough then you may also get some likes and comments as well, as mentioned by @Raj Kesu

And you need to target it properly on some good channels to get good yield for your budget. Generally, Video series works better for advertising. Give it a try
