As i can see - indexing API is simply sending bot fast to your site / posts, right?
Excluded: Discovered - currently not indexed
it tells google to indexed the the new changes. It is much way better than search console "page inspect url"
if have used indexing api, that's why i am suggesting, this will also help you in discovery.
if you use techniques which are recommended by google, then it will help you and it is much better than paid indexing tools

Go on search console and put the website and do white hat SEO.

Add a link to the page you created or updated in a page that already appears a lot in Google which one though the homepage is a great candidate. Google has a look at that first every time.
It visits your site, but adding too many links to your home page isn't a great idea. Either for Google or for your users and you can't link to every single page on your site from the home page.
So have a lookin search console order the pages by impressions descending and add a link to a page that Google already likes.
Make sure it talks about something related to the page you want to index. Because you need to make sure that pages that link to each other are related and talk about similar topics.

Hi, guys this is the current status I am working on the on page SEO of all these pages but still 33 pages are stuck and not getting indexed ignore the not found section as I changed the permalink of non-indexing pages to make it more accurate for google to understand and index them am I doing everything right or do I need some critical changes in my strategy

As others have said, make sure you're sending social signals once you've posted an article/page. @Ainan mentioned Indexing API and I reiterate that comment, I use it and have no issues with indexing new posts (literally just checked one today and it was there 2 hours after posting). Use internal linking from strong posts/pages as mentioned in another reply but also link out too. On-page SEO is difficult to discuss as there could be many issues but you can share your www in a PM if you want me to take a quick look?

Thanks for the help I am trying my level best and made a lot of changes like I am working On the page SEO, Website Speed, just added indexing API and just now around 10 extra posts got indexed still a lot of them are not indexed but I believe it was my On-page SEO errors and I have never used Social media for this website I will work on that too Thanks!
add not indexed pages to indexed pages,
try to add no indexed pages, somewhere in the homepage
upload post on GMB with a link of not indexed pages
