Mass DM services don't work as well as they used to, the results have slowed down by great margins after the latest update so I would just suggest you be careful before you give it a shot.

While the Mother-Child service can yield great results depending on where and who you get it from, there are plenty of options to choose from in the BHW Marketplace.
Or you can simply make a thread in 'Hire a Freelancer' section to get you offers from different sellers.
