Server IP and SEO

Hello, I have a big doubt, I have my VPS in NY (USA) and in that VPS I have a website of mine for Brazil and Portugal which in turn I put Cloudflare CDN. Would I have problems of positioning in Google because of the distance of the server vs a server in Brazil? The speeds are very good but it is a big doubt I have. I mean if I build another website in another country always better the server in that country or with the CDN would be fine?

So no matter where my server is if it has CDN it could rank well in google vs a server that is in the country to which the web belongs.

Your web site uptime is much more important for Google, not your server location.
