I have bought a few cheap starter sites on Flippa and it takes a lot of research to find a good one tbh.
For every 10 sites you find on flippa, 2 to 3 are absolute scams with fake/manipulated figures by the sellers, 2 are decent sites with good figures but way overpriced for their figures, 2 are balanced with good figures and offered for a competitive price and 2 are absolute gems.
it takes quite a bit of effort to find the good ones and flippa completely leaves the due diligence on your part.
(Note, this is only for content based websites on flippa, the experience for ecommerce/saas/app verticals could be different)

Quite a few of them. People have already mentioned EmpireFlippers, it's an upper ticket site marketplace And unlike Flippa, it's a fully vetted experience for buyers and complete due diligence is done on EmpireFlipper's side.
FE International, another upper ticket site marketplace (sites go for even higher figures here). Similar as EmpireFlippers in terms of due dillegence and selling process.
Motion Invest, middle ground between EmpireFlippers and Flippa. They offer both a marketplace and direct selling opportunity where you sell your website directly to Motioninvest's Portfolio.
Exchange by shopify for selling shopify websites.

No lol. They put you in studies on how your business makes money. You can find it on YouTube. Matt Diggity publishes a lot of it.
