Still you can use ignore DMCA hosting, which is what everyone does.

You can do a movie "recap". Its all spoilers. Just tell what happens in a movie. Edit the scenes the way you want

I like Sci Fi Short movies on Youtube

They all say "Sci Fi Short - And the title" and a blurb about what happens

This guy does the same but uses just a clickbait title and recaps a movie

Youtube mixes them in with the short movies

I get scammed all the time clicking them.

Grrrrr.......

He gets a million hits in a 5 days !
