i think cookies plays also an important factor but i think if the ip location and ip changes then for sure it will get roadblock and you will have some problems accessing it.
If you are spending much money then i will suggest to go with good private proxies under 1$ per proxy. If i were spending some money on fb ads then i would definitely use ip which i can use for long term

it might work but i am not 100% sure.
same location with different ip might work as alot of people uses dynamic ip which changes ip on connection on and off (restart) but having same exact location

You are right, 911 proxies IPs only last a short time from several hours to several days, It is better to find some proxies or virtual machines with longer IPs for Facebook ads accounts used.

I'm trying to buy a multilogin but didn't know this information abt Proxies, can you pls help me on this? Not sure if I understood the real need of this...
