Delighted to see (a) no upsell and (b) just a PDF. Am bored to death with the modern-day "video products" - kills too much time and adds too much fluff. Felt like the golden older days where most purchases would be a PDF.

The PDF is interesting for the strong-hearted - if you are willing to take a step and find folks with "different" psychological setup (mindset), and willing to market to them in the ways taught, this can work very well. The OP discusses two methods, and I am very willing to try out the second method for myself as that's a niche I had worked on earlier with good success - though had moved over to bigger money, and had to neglect it, plus was hit by Penguin back in 2012 when I used to work in this niche so didn't bother further - there is money to be made here.
