Disallow some services from advertising

Some services without sales thread shouldn't be allowed to advertise via banners or emails.
I mean high risk services like for example Adwords accounts or adwords creation method.
Banner should be allowed only for sales threads or stable, real services like SaaS.

Absolutely 100% agreed. Even fb bm accounts. I just keep seeing these shitlists. I would go one step further and request all such bsts to be banned.

I don't know if banning such services would be accepted by BHW staff. Anyway, I see people that are consequently positioning themself as adwords/ppc guru. Full of similar posts in these sections. Of course they are very carefuly following WTB section, liking adwords threads. One even had banner with method

Accounts are expensive, never working. For now I see all BST with adwords closed (guess why), we don't have working adwords BST, so they switched to make mess in Adwords/PPC section, making buzz marketing, following WTB requests or even trying to advertise with banner xD

The rules regarding banners are that you can link to anything such as hosting affiliates etc.

It would have to be manual checking to look at and approve banners and signatures.

but hosting/affiliates, etc. don't want to sell something that will not working in 99%

there should be some list of yellow light banners, like threshold accounts or methods or even red flag, BHW will not accept for example carding banners

I meant the same. I am not qualified to say if these work because i am not into these, but I surely have seen more than one sl thread regarding these theshhold accs.

Someone mentioned "trying to advertise with banner". The one and only usage of signature banner is to advertise, however it needs to be done within certain guidelines. I did have a siganture banner and it was related to me selling GAds threshold accounts. However, since around 1 year, people are not too successful with GAds. In my case I am still having good success, and I can if I want to , even right now, this very moment, change my signature banner and use it to sell GAds accounts (BHW rules compliant). However, I do not have the need to do so, so I am not. I have my way of utilizing these accounts and a few old-time buyers who consume in regularly, so for now I do not sell. And in future, if I decide to sell through BHW in any way, it would be as per within BHW rules.

Understand this forum, please, it is BLACKHATworld. OP's type of suggestion if implemented would lead to chain of events which will drastically reduce the number of BHW sales threads.

It is not about me, I am fine. I know even how to run a GAds search campaign itself, to sell even GAds threshold accounts !!! I know how to attract my targets even using YouTube, Favebook, etc ... All that is not needed for me, I am already going good with my thing.
So, it is NOT about me, I am thinking about ALL sellers and all forum stakeholders and how the future would be, this suggestion is not good for a forum like this.

Incase of services that are "shrinking", they will go away from BST sales thread in an "organic" manner. And that is why now, there are less and lesser BST threads for GAds threshold accounts. So, no need to do anything about it. The system is already in place naturally and organically. And newer threads will come with newer services, as the world of IM keeps evolving. Placing the restrictions that OP suggested, may even restrict possibility of some future sales threads related to newer IM stuffs to reach BST sales thread.
Bringing rule suggested by OP, will trigger events for people requesting some other services to be banned as well from BST or signature banner and it is not good for the forum, in my opinion.

Sorry about the delay in responding to this and thanks for raising your concern. We already have strict criteria for who we allow onto the marketplace and whos banners we carry.
For clarity,

1. Sellers are NOT able to advertise via email without having a live marketplace thread. All email blasts will always link to a live marketplace thread.
2. Banners are reviewed using the same process as a marketplace thread and are only permitted if deemed relevant to the forum - no cheap airline tickets or the like will be advertised here.
3. All services must comply with our terms of service https://www.blackhatworld.com/help/terms/

As with all products on the forum, we make sure they can deliver as advertised and are relevant to the niche. We leave the buying decisions to the buyer and their specific scenario. If you find products that are not performing as advertised then we have a process in our ShitList to cover that scenario.
