Offshore hosting? Please help me!

I am wanting to run vBulletin nulled script, however most of you already know its nearly impossible to do this on most public hosts because the host is scared of vBulletins scare tactics.


Anyhow, where can I find offshore hosting for around $5-$10 a month

There are a lot out there actually if you use Google. But why not buy your own licensed so that you can run it without any problems?
