Any one have experience with domain take down from namesilo

I have plenty of domain being registered with namesilo, but suddenly one of my domain has being take down without any notice, the domain it's self have 1mill search engine index, and have more than 30K visitor a day, without any notification, they take down, and when i try to contact their support, they told that my domain is violate their terms, the domain being used for pishing, abuse and now my account being deactivated
too, I lost all my work, i think its ridiculous, all the domain/site i used from automated content from api, and i see lot of domain registered on them doing the same too

Phishing means you're sending malicious emails to your visitors that will lead them to a fake website to steal credentials.

They're a legit business, so if you are using that site for " pishing, abuse " then what do you expect?

If your site was hacked, tell them and clean it up.

Your account might be compromised... Try to reach out to support if someone reported your domain for phishing/abuse and request to have it cleaned.

yes, i contact them now, it seem i found some bugs on the script, and someone using it for spaming emails, damn, how can i explain to them....

Your hosting company should be able to verify that your site was hacked etc.

any other way, cause i just deleted the log files, after screening the script...

case close, they reactivated all my account and domain....
