About blogspot posting using GSA Search engine ranker

There is any way to auto post automatically in blogspot using a imported links list with 200000 blogspot blogs to post in all of them using GSA Search engine ranker?

RankerX might interest you but not sure if they support blogspot. They support lots of web 2.0 platforms

I have 13 millions links from web 2.0, blogs, forums, indexer, article submission sites , wiki, wordpress, and other platforms. I just need the best place to post them besides GSA.. which other softwares do you recommend to post besides gsa and rankerx?
