Bought the single location package and I've had problems since day 1. My proxy just stops working so I have to change the ip....until that no longer works they gave me a second link to hard reset the modem, which sometimes works. Today I woke up to dead proxies and neither ip change link or hard reset link work....this poor service does not justify the ridiculous price, in my humble opinion. So very unhappy.

Yikes! This sounds bad. Imagine having actual technical support instead of a cold self service "solution".

LOL, upgraded to unlimited. At any given time 95% of locations are "full" and the others when you connect to them never actually connect, I have to contact support several times a day when none can connect. Worst proxy service I've tested in many years. Ridiculous ludicrous prices.

Yeah, I myself also tried their 1 month service but a lot of times, speed is slow then eventually proxy goes down for a day then goes down again. I like the fact that they have multiple locations but it's unreliable. can't use it.

Catastrophic power failure you say ? Well it WOULDN'T make ANY difference to me. Because since day 1 of this subscription, proxies do not stay online, you have to babysit it the ENTIRE time because they usually fail no matter what within an hour. As I said before most locations are always full and when you find one that is not, it simply doesn't connect even though it says connected. The owners of this horrible service know what they're doing and I cannot for the life of me understand why there is not any more threads complaining about this AWFUL service. WORST PROXY SERVICE EVER, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ONE. I cannot believe I spent over 200$ on this crap for one month! Well, that is on me isn't it? You live and you learn.

If they are so bad as you describe, why don't you go to another seller?
What's the point of shaming them in the public?

I don't know them personally or used their services but the fact they are using routers and not cat 4 dongles suppose to give them a stable service.
