“Extend Now” button for the Jr.VIP

I’m not familiar with how Jr.VIP expires but BST threads have an “Extend Now” button from almost a month before the actual date of expiry. Could we have something similar for the membership as well?

I had reached out to support a while back and was told this would appear a week before my membership expires and that i would also get a PM about the same. I haven’t gotten either and my membership expires in 5 days.

I also have a live ticket that hasn’t been responded to (about this issue) and it’s been well over 24 hours. If anyone of you could look into this and help get my renewal sorted, I’d really appreciate it.

If I'm not mistaken, it also exists for Jr VIP membership, maybe not exactly the same but similar.

I know for sure that a week [maybe more] before it expires we get notifications/messages about it.

First, it goes once in 24 hours, and then the last 2, 3 days you start getting more notifications, something like that.

Maybe it's different for others who pay with BTC.

I’ve yet to get this and I didn’t pay via crypto.

If you paid with PayPal and you haven't cancelled it manually from within your PayPal account, the membership autorenews.

Last year i was receiving notifications before that happened. Exactly three; 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before it expired. I looked and this year i haven't received any. Maybe there was an adjustment and notifications are not getting sent out, if you're on autorenewal. Maybe not. Probably someone from the staff can confirm this.

I think now there is subscription for all. I do not like this but it will deduct automatically next year.

I still think the “extend now” button could be made available. Would be neat. I’ll wait for someone to chime in on my ticket status.

Support will come back to you on this, but as you disabled auto-renew, we'll likely need to send you an invoice for renewal or you can wait until it expires and then setup a new subscription.
