Dear guys and gals,

Scrapebox noob here! I've used it for about 6 hours and it already blew my mind with all the things it can do. This is a gamechanger tool (yep, I know I am 11 years late to the party, but I finally got it). I already scraped very targeted keywords, URLs, emails, images and got extremely valuable information with almost no effort and in no time. I am just testing and trying stuff to really measure the potential of the tool and what I can really do. So, I and using random keywords and ideas. Stumbled upon two problems perhaps any of you fine people can help me with:

1. Fast Poster fails 100%

It just says "failed" on each url, there is no error report or code: no captchas or name/web problem. Screenshot below. I tried to post comments manually with my browser in some scraped sites and that seems to work, so the problem is not of the site.

What am I missing?

2. I can´t grab Instagram emails

I can scrape Instagram URLs with public emails on bio. I got the URLs! I open them on my Chrome (using no proxies) and the email addresses are there on the profile bios. When I run the Email Grabber to these URLs I got 100% fails: no email catched.

I saw a YT video of a guy that did the same, but when the time come to grab the emails he disconnect from the proxies. Tried the same with no luck.

I've read some posts about this that say this is a kind of difficult, but I asume that public emails (with no login and javascript off) should be more easily to grab.

What do you think?

My setup and stuff:
  • Scrapebox 2.1.18 on OSX Mojave 10.14.6.
  • 10 shared proxies from BuyProxy. These proxies seem ok for scraping URLs, images and emails.
  • Didn't change a thing on settings, just using default settings.
  • Already tried the Fast Poster to force a delay of 60 secs. No chance in the results.
  • Already tested with my residential network (not using the shared proxies). No chance in the results.
  • Watched all loopline tutorials on YT (and a couple of more).
  • Already read Scrapebox FAQs.
  • No decaptcha account installed yet.

You must be logged in to instagram to view 1000s of profiles. If yu are not logged in you will see a prompt to login/register after visiting 2-3 profiles. Use phantombuster to scrape profiles data instead

On the poster, I will put a copy and paste of an email from scrapebox support:

"The way that scrapebox works is that it first looks for the platform. Then if the platform is recognized then it proceeds to step 2 to try and post/submit.

So if you mostly see the name of a platform what is the errors your getting in the status column?

If you mostly see Unknown then that means that scrapebox does not recognize the platform. If this is the case it can not post. So you have 2 choices, either scrape/get a different list, as yours is not compatible. OR You can try and train scrapebox on the platforms your posting to. Here is more info on that:
http://scrapeboxfaq.com/when-traini...oster-to-new-forms-what-variables-can-be-used

If you mostly see empty white boxes, that means the pages are never even loading and scrapebox does not have a change to even try and detect the platform. On the off chance that you loaded in a list of completely dead websites, like perhaps expired domains, then you can scrape/acquire a different list. Else unless there was some mistake like that, it means that either your setup or your security software is stopping scrapebox from loading the page.

So first try turning the connections down and the timeouts up. You can do this under settings >> connections timeouts and other settings. Your looking for the connections and timeouts for Poster. You can even try maxing out the timeouts and setting connections to 1, as a test, to see if it changes things or if its the same. Then you can adjust up from there.

Also if you go to Help > Show Error log and then bring up the Poster.log it will show more info on any errors.

Also then Please whitelist scrapebox and the entire scrapebox folder in all security software such as anti-virus, malware checkers and firewalls. Some security software calls this whitelisting, others call it exclusions or trusted programs. Also you can whitelist in your router if your router supports it. Further you can try disabling real time scanning in your security software.

Take note that disabling security software (such as anti-virus, malware checkers and firewalls) often only stops new rules form forming, but allows existing rules to still fire. So you have to fully whitelist in the security software or uninstall the security software(as a test).

Further some security software requires you to whitelist in more then one place before it takes effect.

Also note that disabling a router firewall, does actually fully disable it."

as for the instagram emails, if you want to post such a url as an example here I could test it, but it could just be that instagram is hiding the email with javascript, in which case scrapebox would not be able to scrape the email.
