So I want to post flyers at a mall parking lot in New Jersey, U.S.A., however I'm uncertain as to whether this is illegal or not. Is it true if it says "no soliciting", that you can't do it?
How do I determine whether or not I can do it?
I want to post flyers saying "free voucher at this website"(my domain), and generate conversions.

haha, but can't they track your domain name to you?

ask your local authority try the court house.
The law is not the same in every area might change from city to city.

just wondering, would it be possible to just register under a fake name, and then they can't trace it back to you?

Whois guard + bullshit whois information just in case. Use internet.bs. If you are really scared, use a proxy and a fake paypal. That's as untraceable as it gets.

Back in the day I used to promote raves and once I've seen a cop ticket a promoter after someone took a flyer, walked off and threw it on the floor. Apparently NYC has a law against it and NJ is not that far away :) I also asked my friend who was a NYPD detective for 20 years about flyers in public places for example MTA and he said that you will get a ticket if a cop sees you.

I think that this is your biggest concern. Mall rent a cops cant do anything to you but kick you out of their premises. I doubt anyone will go into tracking down the domain name. Only if you get caught in the act is any possible problems. The only violations I can think of can be trespassing, soliciting, littering, if you run away from the cops and get caught that would be resisting arrest.

wow, okay this makes me want to do it now :), lol I'll try to not get caught.
So, with like text offers, it's impossible to get caught right?
thanks for the feedback, all, much apreciated
