Kids channel review

Hey guys,

I have 3 years old kids YT channel in specific niche (only 3 channels making this type of content) its kinda unique. Channel has 21k subs and I stopped uploading for about 1 year and now when I tried to upload, new videos have about 500 views in average. It's kinda demotivating.

If I upload video everyday for a month can it help or channel is just dead? Is there anyone who could check and review channel?

That's not an issue, if you post an audience engaged video then it will be increased, keep more concentration on your video,

This children niche is way damm good , I Had noticed that the children consume all types of cartoonist content for hours in my country , since then you shall continue to upload yt video and views would surely increased !

Do regular posting for at least 3 months, if don't see any improvement then there is a problem.

Okay that might be a problem. I was wondering...when I upload 10 min video and watch time is 2 min (20%), would it help to upload 4 min video so watchtime would be 50%? Could it help or its better to keep lenght over 10 min as its suggested?

Well my niche is about making stories with toys IRL so its recorded on camera, not 3D..I might try to apply some filtr so it looks like cartoon.

My CTR is about 7% in average and watchtime about 2-3 min on 10 min video which might be a problem I guess? Idk why.

Don't know the reason for low watch time since have no idea about quality of videos

Post atleast 5 to 6 videos regularly wait 1/2 weeks

Then analyse the reasons for low watchtime - is it video specific or whole channel

Improve the content quality with animations - fly ins, fade, disappearing magic animations kids like these type of videos

Make sure you have a catchy thumbnail too. Plus content should be good. Google has released a new update so be careful.

You need a patience for grow your channel, just concentrate on short duration video with crisp editing,
