After translating "Tamatar Khao Google," I got: "Eat Tomatoes Google."
What's going on here?
And to answer your question: NO, the website needs major improvements to qualify for Adsense.

The site is not suitable for google Adsense, You need install SSL and Professional blog theme or Redesign this one for Perfect look.
Remove AdSense rejection screenshot from your website. I think you have some copied content, Which is need to remove from the site,
Add content regularly and bring some visitor then you are good to go.
