How to upload files to torrents?

So I wanted to upload some torrents, searched for various torrent websites,
Most of them did not have to upload option and some requested for verification!

So does anyone have any idea about the best torrent sitest to upload?

I use mostly 1337xto , Rabg , Kickass , ExtraTorrents and Many more Torrent site , Just google more and Upload what you want to upload !

torrent is very strict with upload now, the best sites need verification or invite to upload

if you try to spam with crappy torrent upload you will be banned very fast

You should also make sure it is legal to do in your country such task.
Using torrents are ban in some countries
