Youtube Reused Content

Did anyone used reused content from youtube cuz i see so many channels sometimes spaming the same content , but are not monetized
do you have any ideea how they do it ?
do i have to flip the video , put some filters ? should i change the audio aswell ?

You can get away with reusing content and monetizing your videos. But it also can go in the other direction and you can get banned even if you're under fair use. Best is to always create your own content.

yeah i know but ts expensive im taking about animations , are to expensive to hire someone to make them )) for 0.7 cents per 1k not whorty

I have a channel where I was posting those type of videos for some time, Some of my videos got copyright claim, some were removed. I just delete all the ones that get claimed.

This one I did not yet, as I abandoned the project but recently came back to it, but I did this years ago with another channel with a friend and we monetized it, I ended up selling it to him. I don't know if it exists still.
