Well, I've been running a pretty nice whitehat PPC campaign with COPEAC for a few months now... Been getting paid okay from it for a few months and all was good. Well, I tried logging in today and it said I had a wrong username or password... Not even thinking I was banned because I haven't done anything wrong...

Well I sent an email and thankfully (rarely happens so I've heard) got an email back. My AM said I had been spamming Craigslist, which I never did, I don't and never have. I've only done my sites newsletter and my PPC (Now moving to full PPC soon).

Now I've found that PPC is pretty competitive just in the few months I've done it. And my guess is someone decided I was talking his/hers money and spammed Craigslist with my affiliate links.

So, I guess my question is can I do anything? Here I am, I finally got a nice whitehat campaign and I'm getting screwed out of money because some asshole thought I was getting in the way. And now I have a $200+ Adwords bill, that I have no money to pay it with...

Sign-up with another affiliate network, I use Convert2Media as well as COPEAC (and a few others) and most of the offers overlap.

or you could even use http://www.findaffiliateoffers.com/ to find out what other networks are carrying your program.

If this came from a normal PPC campaign how come you blanked your referrers?

Two advertisers said you were spamming Craigs List, your referral links are blank as if you intentionally tried to hide them from us.

Why should anyone believe what you're saying?

People who run normal PPC campaigns dont hide their referrers, if it was indeed WH you wouldnt have taken the extra steps to hide from us. If your excuse is so we wont copy your ads, you did small low volume, why would anyone care to copy? And plus we dont have an internal media buying team so......

As far as i am concerned you spammed craigs list and got caught. Post some proof showing the ads you bought, reporting from the place you bought the traffic from and i might look further in to it, otherwise drop it, because once the advertiser sends me the recorded phone call of the consumer complaining i wont bother looking any further

I kept my referrer a secret because I was wanting to keep my keywords safe. One of Neverblue's AM already ripped me off when I tried PPC with them. I know, it's a great excuse for all the blackhat scammers, and I'm sure you've dealt with a lot of them... But I want to truthfully state, I was seriously doing nothing wrong and you need to check your affiliates sources better.

I would admit that I used CL traffic by now, from your tone and the AM's lack of response or care such as never answering his phone or answering my past email questions, it was quite evident that I was never going to receive the money that is owed to me. But truthfully, I did not use Craigslist.

I appreciate your time in at least investigating the matter. A lot more than the AM could do for me... Speaking of which I would advise you to at least tell your AMs to have some common courtesy, I know they have to deal with a lot of bull but it's a job.

Best way to answer this is just let it happen to your self.

I've been paid a total of 3 times from COPEAC without any problems until now. Been doing the exact same thing I've been doing from then and now.

The payment of clicks shows you paid for over 4800 and its missing clicks for about 7 days in dec.

Assuming you averaged the same number of clicks from dec 13-19th those 7 days should be another 1K clicks. So you have stats that shows you paid for over 5800 clicks on some offer, but on my end i only see 3988 clicks sent to all the offers you ran with us

Let it go Clark, just cut your loses and never look back. I doesn't matter if Copeac cheated you or you cheated CL, it just doesn't matter either way. They don't want to pay you, they aren't going to pay you and the bottom line is, it isn't even worth your time. There much better companies to deal with anyway. Copeac are some lying sons of bitches I'll tell you that right now. I don't give a damn if "CEO Copeac" is 10 pixels over my avatar and is reading this because I'm not talking to him, I personally was cheated by them the minute I signed up. I was so excited when I got accepted, I spoke with them on the phone and everything was great. Then I started running small campaigns here and there and never saw anything for earnings even when google clearly showed otherwise. Not one single penny. I personally knew people in different states who visited my site, clicked on the ad, and even converted just to support my endeavors and not one penny from my admin screen showed up. Not to mention Copeac is ridiculously hard to get a hold of on the phone or via live chat. I personally have tried to contact my AM via live chat and as soon as I did, he went afk and then closed his live chat out. I have called them many times and it's like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone. I would not and have never run a business that way.

On the other hand, there are some guys who claim Copeac is a fine upstanding company and I am sure for many they are. Just wasn't my experience.

That's the 7 day graph/stats. I hadn't ran any traffic for 7+ days because my card was declined.

Probably because I was running 2 CPA networks with the exact same offers. I split my payment methods, check (from COPEAC) and a PayPal payment from someone else. (Thank god I did too, I would be severely late on a car payment if I would have got completely screwed.)

And yes, they are the exact same offers from the exact same ad companies, I never received any complaints or problems from the other CPA company.

They were fine for me, and honestly it's not their fault if what they're saying is true. If the companies owning the the ads REALLY said that they somehow found out I was running Craigslist traffic then it's the ad companies that I personally question, not COPEAC, as Mike said and as any AM or CEO will tell you there is no reason to cut me from the network if I can actually bring legitimate money to them, which is exactly what I did.
