highly priced and well managed PBN are powerful
so are targeted press releases from sites that have real traffic. not talking about those press releases that are syndicated (1 press release published on 100 different mediocre sites)


now which one is most powerful? very difficult to say, since we don't operate in a single variable seo world.... unless you do single variable testing between certain PBN and a certain press release, you would not know

i suggest to get both of them

PBNs without a doubt (if by press release you mean those cheap ones you find in the marketplace). As a matter of fact, if I had to choose between a cheap press release and cheap pbn links, I’d pick the pbn links even though the cheaper the riskier..

Press release can be effective to use before you hit with PBNs.

There are different levels of press releases. if you're buying the $25-50 services then these are more often no follow or poor links.

it's like PBNs, the $1 l;inks people buy on price you'll find are spammed and resold and have 99 other OBL on the same pages.
