I did not find anything like this in their TOS, but they forbid external links so its just advertising your telegram channel which is kinda shit, so for now is hard pass.

It is too much to deposit first time, Marketer will not use telegram for advertising at this situation.

Actually I did not find those numbers anywhere. But even so they did not allow external links - just advertising of telegram channels, which is pretty meh.
