RotatingProxies.com - Very bad service

Hello,

I bought 10 premium backconnect proxies yesterday. The proxies were delivered after 24 hours. And now I've submitted for authorization IP. And I've to wait again 24 hours for the approval. Like seriously man???

Tried to reach them through skype and email support and still had no luck.

After reading the below SCAM thread regarding their service now I'm curious if I've been actually scammed as well. Thankfully I didn't attach any credit card just paid them through crypto. But my $39 is at stake now.

He probably got the affiliate commission because I used his link, but I've no issue with it, the real concern is as he is a renowned member in the marketing field. His credibility is at stake too.

Ived used them and talked with them with no issue, I know many other people are using them and Ive had no one ever complain about them.

I mean I don't work for them and Im not using them at this exact second, because I tend to do a Lot of scraping and then pause for a while and work with data and Im building email servers currently so not doing any real scraping of any volume.

Anyway Im not saying they didn't up and leave town overnight but they have been around for a while.

Worst case file a chargeback as item not received.

Seeing as how I don't work for them or paypal i obviously can't actually do anything in your specific case except say that they worked for me and others and I regret that you had troubles, and I would go thru paypal.

Maybe they are on holiday, maybe the close up shop and are still collecting peoples money, maybe power is out in their country due to a storm and they are stuck not able to respond, I have no idea.

I ordered proxies over 48 hours ago, says delivered within 24 hours...is this service just stealing money at this point or are they legit? I can't tell, support email takes days and none of their messenger support is online ever.
