Best Way to Monetize a Massive Untargeted Email List?

I managed to get my hands on an email list/database that contains over 450k emails of individuals from the U.S. The list however is untargeted.

What's the best way to monetize this list? Promote gambling offers, crypto offers or SOI ?

I tested the audience, I picked 300 emails all selected randomly from the list using a bot and I sent them an email from a bulk emailer and I already have 3 people opening the email within 90 minutes. So these are real people and not just some randomly generated emails.

Not every offer is suitable for all leads from your list. It's huge, but you should do some kind of segmentation, at least the basic one, by gender, age, location, and so on. Also, you should test more to get better insights into how emails are performing. It wouldn't be bad either to check if all those emails are validated, as if you send a lot of messages to the wrong addresses, you could get banned from your email provider.

If you don't have any information about the email address owners, and you are thinking long term, you can try sending offers to subscribe to various email lists in a single email, and have them subscribe to what they are interested in. You could have pretty decent quality targeted email lists as a result.
