Easy way to stop Netsoltrademarks from being indexed?

One of my domains keeps getting netsoltrademarks pages indexed. It was a domain which was parked with network solutions.

The domain now has a site on it and all the netsoltrademarks get a 404 page, but for some reason Google keeps indexing them.

I usually just request a removal requests in GWMT, but was hoping that there is a better way to stop these pages from appearing.

Yes, I have been doing that.

But I was hoping that there is a way to do this in bulk and/or to prevent these pages from showing up.

Damn speaking of useless answers from people who did not actually read the question.
@OP they get indexed because network solution parking page is hacked and injected with shitty links, that are then blasted with spam links. Nothing you can really do, except wait them out, eventually they will stop appearing in the index. There are several people fighting with network solutions over that parking page, threatening to sue them and what not, but so far with zero success.

Well I will gladly add to the pile of my experience with Network Solutions over the years if there is some law action going on. I've had enough of these cunts.

And regarding the trademark stuff, make sure you change nameservers on the domain as soon as you receive it. Never leave it on their default nameservers longer than you have to.

But all in all, those things are harmless.

I have changed my nameservers about a month ago and I am now hosting a website on the domain.

But for some reason Google keeps indexing these pages, even though I am showing a 404 error for them

They will fuck off eventually, nothing you can do at this point. Just act like they aren't there, really shouldn't cause any issues.

I'm glad that someone finally asked about it and that people are aware of the stupidity, negligence, and Network Solutions' shady practices that's been going on for ages.

My name is Ivan, CEO of SerpDomains LLC. I can only say that we fight against NS for that specific security issue about the Standard Under Construction page for at least a year now.

Considering there's a lot of work around the company, we didn't have time to proceed with anything else besides tickets and phone support where we warned, at least 20 times, Network Solutions about that security issue on the parking page.

Unfortunately, the support is bad with 0 knowledge and the issue persists.

But, we are thinking now more and more to set up a website which will collect all people in one place who had or still have a bad experience with Network Solutions and see if the community is willing and can support a lawsuit against Network Solutions.

P.S. For now the best solution to avoid any further damage or spam link injection is to switch immediately to Generic Under Construction page from Standard (which is by default turned on).

ICAAN really do not care what are you doing with your domains, as long as is not illegal. Network solutions are fucking newbie morons, but they being shit with their parking pages, isn't actually illegal.

Well.. Network Solution is an icann accredited registrar so I am guessing that they have to adhere to their standards.

Whether something like the Netsol spam (or any sort of spam) is part of their policies I don't know. But I am guessing that they have an obligation to their clients to make sure that the domains registered with them remain in good order.

ICANN doesn't have anything with that. ICANN is just a regulatory body which works by following specific set of rules and the agreement between ICANN and domain registrars (for example, all around domain transfer outs). We addressed the issue to ICANN, but they don't have anything with domain management.

But, if you want to target who's responsible, the closest is hosting department on Network Solutions, because that controversial Standard under construction page is hosted. Domain department actually doesn't have anything with it too.

We addressed the issue to hosting department too, and the guy didn't have a clue what we are talking about. Bunch of incompetent 9-5 workers.
