Need suggestion: Autoblogging in adsense approved website

I have an AdSense-approved fitness niche website. Now I want to do auto blogging. Which plugin should I use? Is it safe doing auto-blogging?

The second one is one of the most popular plugins at the moment on codecanyon. It recently had a *very* serious vulnerability that made hundreds if not thousands of sites get hacked.
