I have a wordpress website project and there is a problem with the plugin the creativez team used for over 10 weeks its not fixed. Every week I email to ask the team fix/reinstall/change the plugin to make website project finished and every week they tell me a developer is looking at it or miss my emails and nothing happens.
The website design is ok and team has been ok but waiting over 10 weeks to fix this plugin problem is bad and now its still not fixed yet and no reply to my emails since nearly 1 week guys?

Yesterday i get reply after sent 4 emails over 1 week.
Reply does not fix the problem with the plugin they installed, they only repeats same reply from 3 weeks ago, tell me "it works on our server you must ask your hosting".
@creativez team said this to us before 3 weeks ago and we asked hoster. Hoster is standard Business service from top 5 global hosting company and they checked all 100% operating. Hoster help asked what the plugin is maybe they can help, I ask @creativez team many times but they dont reply.
Why can't creativez team fix the problem from there plugin they install? Or uninstall and reinstall to fix it? Or provide a different plugin?
@creativez please reply and fix this project?

mind sharing what plugin is this?

Thank you but we solved the problem with plugin, we just try everything combination in admin panel to confirm what is displayed for the user. The field title in admin panel is not correspond to fields displayed on website like NAME field in admin panel was ADDRESS field in website and @creativez team said they cant change it, but its ok we know how to work with this plugin now.
We only need @creativez team to fix a error they make when they were trying to fix the plugin and 1 or 2 last layout edit, i think for a good designed it is 1 hour job, but they dont reply to any communication now.
Before they are good but not very professional service in last 13 weeks when this happening. I hope they can tell me whats happening and finished the project soon its getting me in trouble.
