Video subtitles quality

Hello,

I'm using Subtitle Edit to add subtitles to my videos, and then I use Premiere Pro to burn in the subtitles in the video forever. The problem is the quality of the subtitles is not high quality. I watched many tutorials and for the export settings in Premiere Pro I use what they say in the tutorials. How to solve this?

Please give me your suggestions on how to solve this problem. Thanks!

Here's how it looks It looks pixelated...

@wpsokw I'm just adding the video, then import the subtitles and then just choose different font and size. That's all. I see in the editor the subtitles quality is not hd...
