I'm actually not too satisfied with one of the orders so can you check order #29248?
I ordered one of the refillable packages for my client.
However, it never reached the intended count and was missing by 1k followers. I waited till the end of the to see if the missing one will be filled so looks like it was probably dropping a lot of followers while filling.
When I contacted support, they said since it passed the 30 days by a day, no refill is given.
May I ask if we are not following the count closely, how are we supposed to know when to request for a refill if the order never completed? Please check and let me know a solution to this issue.

@iModBot @SponsorGlobal I am writing here again as I have been trying for more than 3 months to get the services which I have paid for.
After uselessly chasing Sponser global on their pathetic "Support", I had to ask them here on BHW to get a reasponse (screenshot attached).
After many false promises and lies, I did not receive the service (paid for in June 21), no resposnse (screenshot attached) and money has been fraudulently been taken from me.

@iModBot if you are not the right person to raise this, please let me know where can I report this fraud and get my money back.
