There are lot of factors that together cause succes. Like you need to have good consistency. Then also, you need to keep your updated with recent algorithm changes.

research and planning are the base and most important part of any new foundation,
make sure you got the right plan for your website/blog and stick to it,
refine when it's necessary and fix stuff along the way, it will work eventually,
you'll get used to it and it will become a piece of cake at some point

Planning :
Before starting a blog you should find the best niche that going to suits you.
Go for a Domain check that really suits your niche. Try to get a low competition KW.
You can either go with free or paid Hosting.
Most of them are giving free domain if you are going for Paid Hosting.
For Free plans you can make blogs on Blogger, Tumblr, Google Sites and more.
Execution :
Check for a good theme that having space for AdSense.
Regularly do blog post with handwritten articles and check for plagiarism.
Please don't use Spin content.
Tip - You can also do affiliate content and provide your affiliate link.
Use a Quality Image related to the article.
Do On Page SEO.
Promote your website on your social Media Platforms
Regular Maintenance :
Try to post 3 - 5 Blogs Per week.
If you get some organic Visitors you can apply for the AdSense.
Don't leave the blog at any point. It will give you returns if you give 100%.
Try to get ideas on YouTube
And People there show their numbers please don't fall for them. They worked hard to get to that point.
Please Implement these steps definitely you get success. But it will take time.

The best tip for success I can give you is this.
It's okay to be lazy as long as you have a system.
Bill Gates was rumored to have said that if given a choice between a lazy and a brilliant coder, he will pick the lazy one.
According to rumor, he said he would pick the lazy coder because that person will have the incentive to find the most efficient way to do their job.
The most efficient means the least amount of time and effort as well as resources.
Think along those lines.
Say to yourself: "I don't have much money nor do I have much time. I also don't have much motivation. Given the scarcity of these important resources, I better come up with a solid plan that builds upon itself.”
This is my strategy in building my blog network.
One of my blogs used to make $2000 a month before I sold it.
So, what did I do?
I didn't reinvent the wheel.
I didn't chase after the next "hot big idea."
Instead, I came up with a list of all my competitors.
I then used SEO tools to figure out the content my competitors are ranking for and the keywords that they are using.
I then ran a keyword difficulty analysis on those pieces of content.
I found keywords that they rank for that are very easy to dominate.
And my competitors have given me a clue already because those keywords are linked to their content.
So, I took all that information and then I cross-referenced that with the results to come up with something better.
Again, when it comes to content strategy, I was being lazy.
Because, instead of doing focus groups or massive statistical analysis, I asked myself: "If I put myself in the shoes of the person searching for these keywords, what would I be looking for? What kind of content or experience would add value to my life?"
I then cross-referenced all that information with online tools that used competitor content.
I'm talking about tools like Frase or Surfer SEO.
That's what I do and it's been working out.
And if it works for me, who is pretty lazy, I'm sure it will work for you as well.
