No one ignored you. But:
#1 Due to EU, USA, etc, etc regulations, you will hardly find any service
provider without KYC.
#2 If there are these service providers without KYC, they are shady one's so
not sure how safe they are. Maybe if you store BTC, ETC on some other
wallet of offline one, and do small amounts top-up and instant withdrawal.
#3 KYC is not only due to regulations, but it's also due to tracking users,
and if some TAX authority like IRS or similar asks about info about their
citizens, they can provide that info. Do not believe in any claim for these
tech banking apps or for VPNs or for any kind of similar service that they
don't keep the user's log info. They most certainly do, and besides claiming
otherwise if you read TOS in the fine print you will find that's mostly true.
It's not personal, it's just in case of some user's activity they can point authorities
to further investigate that person, and to protect their own company because otherwise,
authorities would chase that company.
#4 You can pass KYC with fake documents, but that's an again serious infraction,
so in case of some legal trouble, you will get packet a lot of shit like hiding income,
criminal charges against false identity, etc, etc.
#5 If you can please provide info about these services, I am quite interested.
