✅WORDPRESS OPTIMIZATION GUIDE! FROM 3 TO 1 SECOND LOAD-TIME❗❗

I use WP-Rocket but the CDN is set up on Cloudfare.

Update: things are working fine now. There was a time lag of around 4-5 mins after I switched ON the Dev Mode. Thanks @xReminisce

So, everytime I need to make some changes in the admin area like creating a new post, updating the plugins etc, I will need to switch ON the Dev Mode and then switch if OFF, when done ?

Thanks

Not exactly, that proves that the issue lies with caching.
What you can do is set up page rules to stop certain pages from being cached.
That would include WP-Admin pages and P= etc for the "previews"
Remember to have them ordered by most important (which is your wp-admin not being cached.)
Otherwise, if you have all your page rules set up and cannot justify the $5 for more rules
There should also be plugins that helps out too, you can just force remove cache on the preview pages instead before you preview each time
Last resort is the dev thing really

This is my results without gzip and with Font Awesome loading from external source - this is article page with 120KB images, JS/CSS is not minimises as I am using HTTP2.

I will check again when I have Font Awesome in my local files.

Loadtime: 1,012 seconds

After latest Avada theme update with wp rocket plugin and some more tweaks and optimization i have got good results but just worried my SERPs don't get affected by this.

could this done with perfamatters plugin... combining with WPROCKET?

@FatBee are there any other free plugins alternative to wprocket or do I really need it to speed up my website?

You can have it for free and safe.

The file is originally downloaded from @Festinger's vault!

He also has a thread where he maintains the version regularly if I'm not wrong!
This works for sure but.... do you have a really free alternative?
