Open a site and wait for the traffic to come from the sky. It does not work like that, if you want to bring traffic with SEO ,you have to do keyword research , see who's ranking for those keywords and probably spend some money on links and a lot of headache or you can choose to get traffic with social media or by reuploading on other popular site , that's another talk.
