In your opinion, is bitcoin promising for the future?

Bitcoin and crypto coins has made more people bankrupt than billionaire. Numerous people have lost their lifetime savings.

Roses are not always red.

Well don't be so stupid to invest money then you can't afford to lose.

That can happen only if people gamble with 100x longs and shorts lol.

Not really. Last time when btc was ATH at 63k, people invested a lot hoping to see 100k but it went in opposite direction and end up at 25k to 30k. So people lost heavily due to this free fall

When I am advising others not to invest, how can you expect me to invest myself?

who know about cryptor , they will know bitcoin is king and ETH is queen .

Bitcoin IS the future.

You only lose when you sell.. If these people kept their BTC they would now be in profit.

People lose by investing in shitcoins or by being a clown and trading with huge leverage.

That's called panic selling which most people has no control over. Watching your money go down in a shot right in front of you is very hard to digest and hence panic sale and losses.

It's easier saying Hold and Hold but our mind comes under pressure very easily and it's hard to hold all the time when you see it's going down and down.

Due to volatile nature or BTC, people are bound to suffer losses.

The transaction speed and throughput is severely limited for BTC.

It will never be going mainstream as a payment method for this reason (without moving from proof of work to proof of stake).

There were some 45 billion U.S. general-purpose credit card transactions in 2019 (based on cards issued by the four major networks – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), accounting for almost $4 trillion in dollar volume.

That's 1427 transactions per second for the US only. A number that BTC (with proof of work) never will be able to offer...
